Kitsap CrossFit Paleo Bake Sale

Parker (8) and Brodie (6) Exarhos organized a Paleo bake sale at their gym, Kitsap CrossFit, in Poulsbo, WA,
in an effort to raise money to help their friend Sophia find a cure for Type I Diabetes. The treats they
helped bake (raspberry bars, blueberry banana muffins, pumpkin cake muffins and bacon-wrapped sweet
potatoes) don't contain any processed or refined ingredients, and are gluten free. The girls also made
greeting cards and priced all of the items and sold everything they made. They ended up raising $200 in
under 2 hours! As you can see, they were so proud and plan to do more events to raise money for Sophia's
Promise in the future with friends from their CrossFit Kids class.
